Hensall Co-op is excited to announce the release of its new and improved Customer Information System (CIS). This is the main platform where all account information is stored and viewed. With a quicker load time, and easier login process, the new CIS offers customers access to all their Hensall Co-op business invoices, purchase history, grain shipments and contracts.
The main goal in developing this platform was to allow customers the ability to easily access and view business information in one location. Included in the CIS is the ability to download these details in pdf, excel or csv format. With this feature, it could allow the information to be quickly loaded into a business accounting system or for use by an accountant. Monthly statements are also available for download as a PDF file.
For those already using this CIS system select 'Forgot your password' and follow the steps to gain access. New users must select 'Register now' and we will contact you with directions for setup.
For questions or support regarding the CIS system please contact cissupport@hdc.on.ca, or your local Hensall Co-op location. Initial feedback on the system has been positive with several users indicating the benefits of downloading files, filters on the contract page and the time saving potential it offers. |
