Printer-Friendly E-Statements starting in October

Hensall Co-op switched to electronic statements in August of this year. While the process is working well, we did receive some feedback concerning the layout of the statement. The layout replicated the printed versions previously sent out, which necessitated our members printing the faint red background or watermark as well.

In order for our members and customers to receive their statements in a more print-friendly format, starting with our October statements, they will be sent out in a letterhead document format without the light red watermark background.
