Hensall Co-op is seeking a reliable individual to become an integral member of our team! This position is full time, working out of the Mitchell location. The Office Administrator is responsible for operating the phone, directing all correspondence to the appropriate internal personnel as needed and providing exceptional customer service.
Greet customers and answer incoming calls and direct them to proper location or personnel
Distribute incoming faxes to appropriate personnel
Collect, open, sort and distribute all incoming company mail and prepare all outgoing mail including external courier packages to be sent
Understand and operate Thede Ward for data entry
Understand and operate ATI program, including the purchasing of crop from customers, completing cheque settlements, and preparing contracts
Grade incoming and outgoing crops and prepare shipment documents and grade sheets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of office/administrative procedures
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Effective organizational and superior customer service skills
High level computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
Post-Secondary education in an Office or Business Administration program
3-5 years of experience in an office environment
