Hensall Co-op is seeking a dynamic individual to become an integral part of our Field Marketing team. This is a full-time position.

Training and advancement opportunities
Work with the Western origination team to meet acreage targets
Capitalize and negotiate on opportunities to sell seed and crop inputs
Build relationships with food grade producers
Work with the origination team to maintain traceability requirements
Build and maintain agronomic knowledge in dry bean production
Assist in retail sales and services
Work closely with the operation team
Work with the cooperator to create plots and trials to evaluate new products
Ability to work well in both a team setting and individually with minimal supervision
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines for sales targets and special projects
Strong agricultural background and knowledge
Ability to perform all sales related tasks
Post-Secondary degree/diploma in Agriculture
At least 2 years’ experience in Ag Retail preferred
CCA designation preferred or willingness to obtain
Valid Manitoba Driver’s License
