Hensall Co-op is seeking a dynamic individual to become an integral member of our team at the Hensall location. The Energy Administrator provides administrative support to the Energy division as a central point of contact for all Energy truck drivers and customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer orders, concerns and inquiries over the phone and internet.
  • Administrate and execute all customer requests or questions in an efficient and professional demeanor, directing them to appropriate personnel if required.
  • Invoice products and services to customers.
  • Facilitate scheduling of services.
  • Administration of documentation pertinent to company assets in the field.
  • Dispatch all inbound calls for deliveries for propane and petroleum to appropriate drive thru order entry screen exponentially.
  • Setup, maintain, and invoice Gas Bar Cards.
  • Receiving Lube products and enter into Thede Ward by matching receiving vouchers to invoices and coding for approval.
  • Undertake routine administrative and clerical duties/procedures including faxing, photocopying, answering phones, filing, etc.
  • Prepare spreadsheets, run reports, generate graphs and general data entry into Thede Ward platform on a computer.
  • Comprehend and follow all HC Health and Safety and Environmental policies and procedures established from time to time.
  • All other duties or assignments designated by your direct report.

 

Job Requirements:
  • Friendly, courteous attitude with superior customer service.
  • Work independently unsupervised.
  • Proficient computer skills and literate in MS Suite.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to ensure/maintain confidentiality of all information.
  • Knowledge of office/administrative procedures.

 

Required Qualifications:
  • Post-Secondary Education in a business or office administration program.
  • 3+ years of experience in an office or administrative position.
