Hensall Co-op is seeking a dynamic individual to become an integral member of our team! The Customer Service Rep is a key member of the team, providing the highest degree of customer service to customers visiting and calling the Ailsa Craig location.
CSR’s support Location Manager, Field Marketers, and other team members to ensure customers expectations are met and exceeded.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Invoicing crop input, feed, and petroleum products in an accurate timely manner
- Assist customers with inquiries and concerns both over the phone and in person, make recommendations using available resources
- Assist with blending fertilizer through tower and load out process
- Work with grain marketing to capture opportunities
- Weighing and sampling inbound and outbound grain shipments
- Administration of inbound Food Grade and Commercial Grain product loads
- Work closely with field marketers on sales of crop input products
- Work with marketing to assist in the implementation and administration of programs
- Assist with inventory management including inventory counts and transfers between locations
- Assist with administrative functions including prepayments and contracts
- Ensure the office is kept in orderly, organized fashion
- Complete balanced bank deposits
- Assist in cross training new and existing employees
- Understand and follow all HC Health and Safety and Environmental policies and procedures
- All other duties as assigned by Location Manager
Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills, including strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Friendly, courteous attitude with superior customer service
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years previous experience in a similar position
