Hensall Global is seeking to fill two Sales Co-Ordinator positions, responsible for maintaining and expanding opportunities with existing key customer accounts. These individuals should be motivated self-starters who can create long term relationships with customers to meet sales goals and long-term organizational objectives. The Sales Co-Ordinator position is full-time working out of the Burlington location.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, expand, and retain current business within a customer base
  • Identify new business opportunities via International/Truckload/Intermodal modes of transport
  • Collaborate with Senior Account Executive and Operations team to develop strategies and meet customer service initiatives
  • Work with the pricing team to ensure all customer requirements are in place and quoted accurately
  • Generate sales and account activity reports
  • Understand market trends, drivers, and dynamics
  • Provide quotes for freight shipments to existing customers

 

Job Requirements:

  • Understanding of global logistics and international freight forwarding
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, strategic selling, and negotiation skills

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary education in business or sales related program
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in global logistics/international freight forwarding/transportation sales/client account management
