The Board of Directors of Hensall District Co-operative Inc. (Hensall Co-Op) extend a very warm invitation to our members to attend the 2021 Annual General Meeting, where we will be reviewing the successes and challenges of the 2021 fiscal year.

Date: Wednesday November 24th 2021

Time: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (EST)

Location: Online

 

This year, in addition to acknowledging two long-serving directors - Steve Jansen and Keith Strang on their retirement, there will be an election to fill 3 positions on the Board of Directors.

 

While we strongly encourage you to attend the meeting, we recognize some of you cannot make the event. The Board of Directors has decided to make voting by phone open from 10:15 am to the close of voting (estimated to be at approximately 11:25 a.m.). 

 

Members can call 1.800.265.5190 and select Option 2 to vote. Please follow the prompts to vote.

Member participation is required to ensure we maintain a strong Board. Please support your Co-op.

 

 

Because of the restrictions imposed due to COVID-19 and to keep everyone safe, the AGM will be a live virtual event again this year.

 

To ensure as many members as possible can attend, we have:

  • provided a comprehensive guide to help with registration to attend
  • made every effort to make this Virtual AGM platform very easy to access and follow
  • Hensall Co-op Member Service staff readily available and willing to help members in any manner to participate in our Virtual AGM
