Hensall Global is seeking a dynamic individual to become an integral part of our team, working out of the Hensall location. The Bulk Agri Trucking Coordinator will report to the Trucking Operations Manager and must be able to handle a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment. A key requirement is to dispatch loads ensuring efficient and timely delivery while taking into account driver’s hours of service. This position provides professional customer service to members, customers, and colleagues.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Schedule the pickup and delivery of loads with customers, Hensall Co-op locations, and third-party locations
• Dispatch personnel and trucks to meet required schedules
• Utilize a transportation management software system.
• Address driver and customer inquiries

Job Requirements:

• Understanding of Ontario/U.S. trucking rules and regulations including hours of service, customs procedures, ACI and ACE
• Self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail
• Excellent organization, customer service, and teamwork skills

Required Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in agri-business or a similar program considered an asset
• Previous experience in a similar position is considered an asset
• AZ Drivers’ license is considered an asset
