Hensall Co-op is seeking a reliable individual to become an integral member of our team! This position is full time, working out of the Westfield location.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operation functions of the Westfield / Londesboro facilities where needed (grain elevator, grading etc.)
• Maintain and repair equipment according to maintenance schedule, policies and procedures
• Communicate with Manager to ensure all customers' needs are met and required products are available
• Assist with inventory control by verifying shipments, completing documentation and producing inventory counts when needed
• Respond to incoming/outgoing loads daily and verify and maintain records of grain movements into and out of the facility
• Ensure all product meets quality standards and complete all required paperwork
• Operate all equipment associated with the elevator process, including drags, conveyors, scales, and pit
• Ensure accurate information of scale weights and transactions are recorded daily
• Operation of grain drying equipment
• Delivering fertilizer to customers on location

Job Requirements:

• Attention to detail with strong time management
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of agricultural and custom application practices
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to operate different equipment such as forklift and automated plant equipment is an asset

Required Qualifications:

• Valid G Driver’s License
• Forklift license or willingness to obtain
• Grain Grading Certifications or willingness to obtain
